There are literally thousands of programs and opportunities presented to Folks like you and me who are interested in starting there own business or make additional income from home. Sadly, the statistics show that an alarming number of those people fail, (96%). There are many reasons for this, but let’s focus on a few of the most common.
1. Cost: I have spent as much as $15,000 on a single program which resulted in Zero income.
2. Complicated: There is a whole new vocabulary, concepts, processes to learn and master.
3. Overwhelming: The more you dig in to learn, the more overwhelming it the task becomes.
4. Inferior Training: So I go through the “training” and maybe they will tell you what to do, without forgetting a few steps, but they won’t show you how to do it.
5. Bad Product: We finally master the required techniques only to find out that we picked a bad product to sell
Let’s dream for a minute or two together. If those products are so good and the owner is so sure that it will work for me, why don’t they show me and let me make enough money to invest with them and myself before I have to give them money up front, which I may not have? I’ll pay whatever they want if I am making more than what they want, with little effort.
Why does everything have to be so complicated? Look, when I want to write a note, I don’t want to first have to go out and chop down a tree and then make paper. I want a product or someone to do that for me, including the pen. I want something Simple that provides Results. So what I am saying is that I want a product that is “done for me”, all the complicated stuff, yet still has the flexibility to take it as far as I want.
As I mentioned in my paper metaphor, I don’t want to be overwhelmed with how to chop down a tree or make paper. For now I want to know only what I need to know to make the program work. Nothing more, nothing less. My ideal training program is simple. Teach me what what to do, how to do it and where to find it.
Use simple language, no acronyms, and make it step by step in the proper order. Oh and when I get stuck, give me a support desk that speaks English, is knowledgeable, has used the product and will get back to me within a couple of hours.
Finally, when I get done with all of that I don’t want to find out that this product that I am now promoting is a scam, bad product, or here today and gone tomorrow. I want solid products, with known leadership, sound backing and a commitment to GIVE and to help others. I want the people that are helping me to do their due diligence before they present it to me for mine.
